I feel that whether in church or not we as Christians are all part of the body of Christ. Recieving and giving, reading and learning from the Bible are all key connections between us. Without it and without God we are disconnected from the very Source that binds our souls. I pray for connection in Jesus to all. Amen 🙏 thank You God Amen 🙏
The denomination (or the church institution) is not the body of Christ; it is the believers themselves.
At the moment there are an estimated 45,000 to over 47,000 different Christians denominations around the world.
That being said, some denominations teach a more Bible-focused message than others… and some do not touch the Bible at all (or only a little) as far as their teachings are concerned.
In either case, it always is up to the individual to study to show themselves approved unto God:
“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
